This luscious looking platter is humble spring greens prepared for me by the lovely chefs at the M Kitchen at Morrisons headquarters in Bradford.
I won a trip there for lunch at Britmums Live and enjoyed this dish as part of a parade of tasty treats which I will write more about another day.
For now - the recipe. Trim and blanch spring greens. Toss in a mix of sweet chilli sauce and Kecap Manis, a sweet soy sauce which tastes like a blend of a light soy sauce and balsamic glaze with a glaze-like texture. Gorgeous!
