I went to a party yesterday with an 80's theme. I was very glad of the opportunity to wear my fave comfy dungarees - one trend which has come back around which I have succumbed to despite my general rule that if I wore it the first time round I probably shouldn't wear it now.
My friend throwing the party asked what I thought was typical 1980s food and prawn cocktail was high on my list. I made this batch for her - a mini version in neon shot glasses with a small amount of mixed leaves, and prawns tossed in a sauce made the way we used to with mayo, ketchup, lemon juice and paprika.
