My family displayed extraordinary levels of patience this weekend. I was away when a box of Asian foodie treats arrived from Morueats (gifted) and they were desperate to open the treasure trove and dive in. But they know the blogger family rules- don't touch, unwrap or eat anything until it's been photographed!
I'd barely stepped in the door before the box was presented to me and we had lots of fun exploring the contents which had some family favourites and some new products to try.
We all love Pocky and Hello Panda snacks and my son was delighted to spot the POKKA strawberry milk which he adores. I've never tried the Hello Panda biscuits filled with caramel before and they were delicious! To avoid arguments over the Pocky sticks I decided to eat them myself - sorry guys.
As a mum to teens and young adults I always keep "fast food" options in so they can grab food. Noodles and frozen savoury bakery items are popular with my tribe and my 17-year-old daughter is keen to try the Kimchi cup noodles in our parcel from Morueats. I'm intrigued by the sesame paste flavoured noodles - they sounds like they'd add interest to a simple stir fry.
Our box of goodies represents just a small section of what's available from Morueats where you can find hundreds of authentic snacks and food online from Japan, Korea, China, Thailand and more. You can choose a carefully curated bundle or browse by region, pantry products or ingredients. From soup bases to sushi kits you will find all you might need to create tasty meals and get it shipped out to you.
The Morueats service is perfect for supper inspiration or an unusual gift for your Asian food loving friend, hungry student or to stock up if you don't have access to authentic Asian food.
Disclaimer: I recieved a bundle of Asian food goodies free for the purpose of writing this honest review.
