What do commuters, joggers and students have in common? Well in my area they pretty much all have some form of hardware in, over or on their ears. Headphones, pods, headsets, whatever you call them they are a much a part of the modern must-have kit as the smartphone for a huge number of people.
I remember my son wanting some of the expensive white ones from that company with the fruit inspired name when he was at secondary school and me wondering not if but when he would lose one or both of them. Dear reader- he did in fact lose them both.
Thankfully nowadays the advance of technology means you can get a good, comfortable set of headphones for far less money than previously with sound quality which would please all but the fussiest of users and many if not all of the features of the more expensive models.
Take the Canyon TWS-5 stereo headset for example. They come in a nice charging case with a touch-friendly silicon outer case complete with a little carabiner for attaching your headphones neatly and securely to a belt buckle or bag and are a fraction of the price of the ubiquitous white ones.
