You’ll also need to file the documentation with your local authorities. This helps you finish the process and actually register your ownership.
It can take a little bit of time and effort, so it could be worth speaking with a real estate agent or lawyer about it. You wouldn’t want to make any mistakes with the process, after all. Thankfully, this should be the last step in buying the house.
